Kian's Arabic Table
We are a community of Arabic learners with little to 5+ years of language experience. The Table first convened in the summer of 2020 as a way to engage with others and practice Arabic in response to the onset of COVID-19. Our community has steadily grown to include over 80 members spread across the US and North Africa.
The Arabic Table is an informal platform for us to gather and practice Arabic together over Zoom. These sessions are meant to be a fun and casual way to continue practicing outside of the classroom or refresh prior knowledge.

Schedule
Kian's Arabic Table currently meets every other Saturday from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM Eastern Time (ET) over Zoom. You will receive the link to join after you sign up.
The first half of every session is dedicated to Modern Standard Arabic (MSA), where participants are split into three levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). The second half is conducted in dialect. So far, Shaami, Egyptian, and North African Darija are offered. Participants are welcome to simply listen in on the sessions.
